On the Utah State University campus, the Card Office in the Taggart Student Center doubles as a full-service passport acceptance facility open to the wider community, not just students. A designated passport agent verifies your identity, witnesses your signature and seals your DS-11 for the State Department, and the office takes passport photos on site so you can handle everything in one stop.
Its east-side campus location makes it the easier option for USU students, staff and anyone living near the university, complementing the downtown Logan Main Post Office. Both are appointment-based acceptance points serving Cache County, as summarized on our Utah passport page.

Call ahead to set an appointment, since acceptance is scheduled rather than walk-in. Parking on campus is easier to find outside class-change times, and the Card Office is on the second floor of the Taggart Student Center. Bring your unsigned DS-11 and citizenship and ID documents; fees match the rest of Utah and are listed on the state page.
