It sits in Room 140A of the Kremen Education Building near the northwest corner of Shaw and Maple Avenues on the California State University, Fresno campus.
Despite the campus setting, the office serves the whole community — not just students — and is known for smooth, high-volume appointment scheduling. Agents accept DS-11 applications, check documents, and offer on-site passport photos during your appointment for a modest fee payable by card.
