The regional library is a Virginia government agency funded by Montgomery and Floyd counties, so it remains an eligible acceptance facility and continues to take applications by appointment in 2026.
Appointments for any branch are scheduled through the library's central line, and the library accepts a range of payment methods for the acceptance fee. Photos are not taken here, so bring a compliant photo or stop at the Christiansburg post office first.
