📖 About this office
The Tulsa County Court Clerk's passport office is one of the few non-USPS acceptance points in the city, tucked inside the Tulsa County Courthouse at 500 South Denver Avenue in downtown Tulsa. Because it sits in the seat of Tulsa County government, it's a natural stop for applicants who are already downtown for jury duty, records requests, or other court business.
Staff here act as designated passport acceptance agents: they check your identity, witness your signature, and seal your completed DS-11 application for a new or replacement passport before it heads to the State Department. Note that this location does not take passport photos and does not provide photocopies, so bring your own 2x2 photo and a clear copy of your citizenship document with you.
If the courthouse doesn't fit your schedule, Tulsa also has several post office acceptance windows; you can compare them all on our Tulsa passport offices page or browse other cities from the Oklahoma directory.
💡 Good to know
This office is on the courthouse floor for the Court Clerk, so allow time for building entry and security screening. Photocopy and photo services are not offered here, so come prepared. For a location that can copy your documents on site, the Southeast Post Office in Tulsa offers photocopying. Call ahead to confirm current wait times before you drive downtown.
