Medfield Post Office

The Medfield Post Office on North Street is the town's designated passport acceptance facility, a short walk from the Main Street center. Staff here act as acceptance agents: they verify your identity, witness your signature and forward your sealed application to the State Department. It's a natural fit for first-time applicants and parents applying on behalf of children, both of whom must apply in person.

Because Medfield is a compact town, this branch tends to be calmer than the busy Boston offices, but appointments still book up during peak travel season.
