The Clallam County Auditor's Office serves as a U.S. Department of State acceptance agent for the whole county from the courthouse area on East 4th Street in downtown Port Angeles. It processes new (first-time) passport applications on a walk-in basis, which makes it a good fit for residents who can't or don't want to lock in an appointment ahead of time.
