The Milwaukee Main Post Office sits at 345 W. St. Paul Ave. in the Historic Third Ward, a short walk from the Milwaukee Intermodal Station and the downtown business core. As the flagship postal facility for the city, it is the busiest passport acceptance point for many first-time applicants who work or commute downtown.
Agents here accept the DS-11 form for new adult passports, children's passports, and first-time applicants who cannot renew by mail.
